Method Personal Training is a boutique style fitness studio in West Vancouver that delivers high caliber training sessions, small group workouts, indoor cycling classes and endurance coaching. Method’s coaches work closely with our clients to ensure personalized goals are fulfilled within a fun, focused and social environment. While we don’t have monthly membership fees, we encourage a long term commitment to progressive training programs for best results. Whether you are an elite athlete or a fitness enthusiast, Method provides a solution for you.


What to Expect

You are the focus of every training session. The training and workouts are specific to you by using a combination of balance & stability movements, free weights, TRX & cable machine, plyometric boxes, medicine balls, kettle bells and your own body weight. We inject aerobic/anaerobic intervals on the treadmill, stationary bike or rowing machine for variety.  It is through a dynamic and strength based workout in perfect alignment, posture and technique that we break through to new physical and emotional ground. Method’s environment allows you to express excellence and reach beyond what you thought possible. We see it every day.
