Do I need cycling shoes?
Bring your SPD compatible cycling shoes.
Don't own any? No problem! We have a number of complimentary cycling shoes to borrow, just ask a member of our team to grab your size.
Alternatively, you can spin in your runners as our bikes do have the toe loops.
Do I need to bring my own towel?
Nope, we provide the towels for your workout and post-workout shower.
What happens if I’m running late?
If you cancel your reservation with more than 12 hours notice, you may apply your purchase to a future booking. Any late cancellations, within 12 hours of the class, are not refundable. We reserve the right to give your bike reservation away beginning 5 mins prior to the start of the class if you haven't checked in with the Front Desk Team. Late arrivals will not be permitted to join the class.

Do I need to bring a water bottle?
In Vancouver we're blessed with great riding and great water. Bring your own water bottle and you'll receive complimentary access to some of the finest water in the world. Otherwise known as cold tap water.
We also have Happy Water and reusable water bottles for purchase.
Do you have lockers and showers?
Do we? We have large shower and change room facilities, stocked with complimentary toiletries to get you looking spiffy!
How do I register?
Can I put a pass on hold?
Unfortunately, no. We cannot put passes on hold for any reason. This includes our unlimited passes as well as our cycle packages.
