At Method, we put the social in social ride!
All levels are welcome for our fun group rides, which are crafted (intentional routes and specific instruction) much like our Method style class, guided (experienced coach), to help you improve fitness, group ride confidence and shared riding comradery.
These rides are designed for you to enjoy the experience of riding with others in a safe, controlled, group environment.
Join us each Tuesday evening from West Van and Kits for a relaxed group ride that everyone will love, followed by an optional social hour. (Check schedule for start times)
