Outdoor Social Rides

All levels are welcome for our fun group rides, which are crafted (intentional routes and specific instruction) much like our Method style class, guided (experienced coach), to help you improve fitness, group ride confidence and shared riding comradery.


These rides are designed for you to enjoy the experience of riding with others in a safe, controlled, group environment.


Join us each Tuesday evening from West Van and Kits for a relaxed group ride that everyone will love, followed by an optional social hour.

This series is a 3-week introduction to riding outside with a May session and a June session, both from the Kits studio.



Saturday May 5th, 12th and 19th (3 weeks)

Saturday June 16th, 23rd and 30th (3 weeks)
