Our Method, Your Ride

Every ride at Method has your best interests in mind. We are constantly evolving and we take pride in our workout. It makes sense and will see you gaining fitness. Stemming from years of experience, our philosophy is deeper than pumping loud tunes and smashing the pedals. Beginners, active cyclists, weekend warriors, elite athletes / triathletes and pro cyclists will enjoy each ride at Method.

Method Ride

This "Method" ride will leave you feeling great and ready to conquer your world (business, social scene, family, friends, city life, etc)

You know what you're going to get in every "Method" ride:

  • 10-15 min progressive warm-up (drills, thrills and a serious sweat)

  • 35-40 min of planned / targeted interval work (structured to target specific fitness gains)

  • 5 min cool down (after we raise the roof, we need to bring it back down)

Enduro Ride

12 week progressive program, split into two series, specifically designed to get you ready for the summer season.  All abilities welcome.

Wednesday Evenings 6:45pm-8:15pm with Travis

Series 1: February 7 - March 14 

Series 2: April 4 - May 9 

Based off our "Method," the Enduro ride will follow similar structure to the 60 Minute Classes regularly offered. The instructor will send out emails periodically giving more detail as to what you can expect for each class.

  • 70 min of planned / targeted interval work (structured to target specific fitness gains)

  • 5 min cool down (after we raise the roof, we need to bring it back down)
