As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist I am passionate about the connection between whole foods nutrition and the achievement of optimal health and sports performance.

My METHODology

Be consistent. Challenge yourself to find your edge and to lean into discomfort. But equally important is to balance it all out with with a relaxation practice such as regular yoga. Discovering your ability to breathe, focus and find balance will translate into success both on and off the bike.
