Our Method, Your Ride

A Real Workout. A 60-minute high energy, bass thumping, blood rushing, sweat dripping efficient workout. Whether you're a beginner or an elite athlete, our instructors will take you through an amazing workout and help you improve your fitness level through form and technique.

Method Ride

This "Method" ride will leave you feeling great and ready to conquer your world (business, social scene, family, friends, city life, etc)

You know what you're going to get in every "Method" ride:

  • 10-15 min progressive warm-up (drills, thrills and a serious sweat)

  • 35-40 min of planned / targeted interval work (structured to target specific fitness gains)

  • 5 min cool down (after we raise the roof, we need to bring it back down)

Seasonal Rides

Enduro Ride

8 week build up program, specifically designed to get you ready for the summer season.  Begins April 5. All abilities welcome.

Based off our "Method" we will work on different workouts each week:

Social Ride

Every Tuesday from May - September join us for a 90 minute social ride. Begins April 5. All abilities welcome.
